What we can help with

What we cannot help with

We want to be direct about this, because it protects you.

We do not give personalized legal, tax, or financial advice. That includes:

  • Which state you specifically should form in
  • What you personally owe in taxes, in the US or your country of residence
  • Whether your particular situation creates a US tax filing obligation
  • How your tax treaty applies to you
  • Whether a structure is appropriate for your circumstances

These questions depend on your residence, your income sources, your treaty position, and your entity classification. Getting them wrong is expensive. A qualified cross-border accountant or attorney who knows your file is the right person to ask — not a website.

What we can do is show you how a process worked in practice, what a provider required, and what it actually cost.
